We offer various forms of payments. Payments made directly online can be done through Paypal.,We also accept direct bank transfers and various cards such as mastercards, Visa, American Express etc...
For customers in Kenya payments can be made via M-pesa or with cash/card upon collection from the showroom or any other place agreed upon. (Please note that an order will only be accepted once the payment has been received).
Delivery to countries outside Kenya will be made by Express Courrier. Customers purchasing within Kenya can choose to come and collect their order from the show room or to get their product delivered directly to them. The delivery costs are not included in the price of the product and may vary depending on the size, the weight and its final destination. Kindly note that the shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges. bush princess shall not be responsible for any tax or duties applied in the country of destination.
If you wish to return a product please email us and we will send you a return form that you will need to fill in and send back to us so we can then evaluate if we will accept the return.
4. Problems with delivery
If there is any problem with your delivery such as damaged items we will need you to immediately send us an email with a picture of the damaged goods. If there is any other problem with your delivery please send us a message and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
